How do you deliver the digital images?

A link to your online gallery is sent with all edited photos that stays active for 10 days.  You are able to download directly from that link as many times as needed. Clients are only purchasing the print release rights for the edited digital images. EHP retains all copyright for photos. In the event the client wishes to purchase the copyrights, an additional fee is required as well as a signed waiver.

Can I receive a Flash Drive with the images?

Yes, you can purchase a flash drive for $10-20 depending on the file size.

What areas do you travel to?

We service Upstate SC but with additional travel fees, we can venture outside of that area as well. 

Do I have to provide anything for the session (i.e. props, etc.)?

We do have several different props to use during sessions.  Please ask if you would like something specific.  If we have that type of prop available, you are free to use that during your session.  If we do not have the prop available, you will need to provide that. 

Do you provide the location or can I pick where to have the session?

We do travel to on-site locations with a travel fee.  We can also help find the perfect location for your session.  If you have a specific "look" in mind for your photo session, let us know and we will do our best to find a location that works. My studio is located in Pelzer and is also great for all types of sessions.

What types of payment do you accept?

Venmo, PayPal, Cash, Checks, and Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) are all accepted.

What is the non-refundable retainer for?

To book any session or event, a non-refundable retainer to required. The retainer goes towards your session cost. If we need to reschedule because of photographer needs, the retainer will move to your new session date. If you cancel your session, the retainer does not get refunded or credited toward any future events.
