The one week in the year that I get to use this beautiful orchard is one of my favorites. It's local beauty that some will never see because it's not in a big city or nestled along a highway. It's perfect.
Yesterday, two of my favorite cuties raced around, climbed on chairs, offered some sweet smiles, and cried a little for goldfish.
I see an amazing bond between this brother and sister that was formed with His love and being shaped daily by two wonderful parents. It's a blessing to know them.
To be honest, when I received a message that it was time for this cuties 9 month photos, I was so shocked! I feel like I was just taking her newborn photos like...yesterday?! But, oh wow, she's growing into such an adorable personality. She recently learned to clap, has one tooth, smiles for days, and can stand all by herself!!!
Twin boys, bow ties, a beautiful afternoon - I mean what else could you ask for? They were so relaxed and alert during their photo session today and just melted my heart with their sweetness.
I love getting to know new families and watching their babies grow. Sweet Kenley made her debut in January and with the "Watch Me Grow" package, I'm so excited to photograph each new milestone.
**Warning: Cute Monster Alert**
Nolan wins the coolest nursery! From woodland animals to a handmade wooden wall, it's so adorable. But, he takes the cake with his tiny smile and chunky cheeks.
This winter has been Newborn crazy and I've loved spending time with each and every family. Every newborn session is different so the outcome is always special to see.
Time is going way to fast! It feels like it was just last week that we did this sweet pea's newborn session and now she's already 6 months old!
This year's Valentine Mini-Sessions were filled with so many surprises! From baby's first crawl to a very special engagement, the day was filled with love :)
That red hair, those blue eyes, and that sweet smile!!!
I'm starting off 2017 with so many new brides and so many new babies! I'm thrilled for 2017 because of all of the wonderful people I'll get to meet and photograph.
Just like this tiny princess! It may take a lot of patience during newborn sessions but the outcome is always worth it. This little smile alone made me so happy to see while editing tonight.
Book Now for Valentine Minis! Sessions will be January 28th. Email evahigginsphotography@gmail.com for additional details and to reserve your spot.
With the Holidays, it is always wonderful to see families coming together. I love the opportunity to photograph these moments. These little cousins made my afternoon so bright!
Well, I've found my newest photo assistant! This little one was so curious about the camera and seeing the photos I took.
She's also amazing at poses - and needed no help from myself or her parents.
With a little sister on the way, she's sure to use these talents all the time :)
Despite the very chilly weather today this session was so heart-warming! You see, this beautiful mother of two and I go back about 15 years together (back when we won State Championships and could tumble the length of a football field)! It was wonderful to see her family today and meet her little ones.
Honestly, I feel like we were in Clemson just last week taking Maddie's maternity photos and here we are taking sweet little Ellie's 6 month old photos!
We welcomed the rain and gathered indoors at this beautiful home.
It seems like Ellie could smile for days and I've yet to see her cry.
With Nana behind me making funny faces though, it would be hard for anyone not to smile :)
She was such a welcomed sunshine on this gray, rainy day!
On a beautiful December morning, nestled in a cabin on the mountainside...
A bride and groom said, "I do," during their intimate ceremony and surrounded by 20 loved ones.
The size of a wedding never indicates the size of the couple's love for Jon and Quinn could move mountains for one another.
Congratulations!
I spent my week with two beautiful girls named Quinn. One, a stunning bride on her wedding day and the other a precious baby new to this world.
