The miracle that God gives us in a new baby is beyond words.  Our love for them gives us a small glimpse of His love for us. 

And I am beyond thankful for His love.

Newborn sessions may take a little longer than your average session but goodness are they rewarding!  To catch a small smile while they dream or to see those beautiful eyes, it reminds me of how special this job really is.

You get a 30 minute session for only $50 as well as the digital and printing rights to at least 15 photos.  Mini-Sessions are a great way save money and they are always so much fun.

I got to spend the afternoon with this beautiful girl, her parents, and their horses!  She's so precious and full of energy.  We spent our time running around, chasing bubbles, saying "cheese" and celebrating this 2 year old.  Happy Birthday sweet Kylie!

I am very thankful for sessions like these - times I get to spend with families that are so close with my own.  Watching these boys grow up is a blessing and I couldn't ask for two better cousins for my son to grow up with.

I was beyond thankful when the rain held off for today's mini sessions.  They were bright, cheerful, fun, and filled with smiles.

Crash cake sessions are so much fun - you never know how babies will react to the cake that sits in front of them.  Little Amari was so precious - he rushed to the cake, grabbed a piece, and you could see his face immediately change.  This was not what he expected!  There were a few tears but those didn't last long once he realized it was something you EAT. 

His mom then brought out the spoon and showed him that he could also use that on this sugary treat.  He was amazed and immediately started digging into the cake. 

Children are beautiful gifts and they soak up everything we teach them.  They learn how to react to different situations, how to love, and how to live all by the way we react, how we love, and how we live. 

But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.

Happy First Birthday Raelynn!

This little beauty turned one last week and she has the sweetest expressions!  She enjoyed every moment of her first birthday party (especially the cake) and didn't cry even once.  Those big, blue eyes and soft smile are captivating and I've loved every photo I've ever taken of her.

My name is Nicole and I started Eva Higgins Photography in 2014.  I graduated from Clemson University in 2010 with a psychology degree.  My entire life was centered around cheerleading from the time I was a little girl, through school, college, and even throughout my career.  I recently made a career shift and took a step back from the coaching world.  This is when I discovered passion through the lens.  I picked up a camera and started experimenting with my son, who is the best little model.  As I worked more with editing, I discovered that I had a passion for this as well.  As a mother, I have learned to cherish each little moment and those moments are the ones I like to capture.  Moments that turn into memories and memories that mold a lifetime.  For the first time, I have a drive to not only live in the moment, but help capture moments that people want to life in forever.  My photography is unique and personalized with each session.  This has been an exciting journey already and I can't wait to see where my lens will take me.

I am so thankful for God's blessings and my wonderful family who continuously support me in this adventure we call life. 

I'm so excited about publishing the new website!  This past year has been amazing and I am so overwhelmed by the support in starting this business.  To be able to share my love of photography with everyone is truly a blessing that I thank God for each and every day.
